Graduating from AIMST University in 2018, Dr. Wong Jo Yin—affectionately known as Dr. Jo—began her career in the government sector, serving in the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and Paediatric Dentistry departments at Hospital Sultanah Aminah (Johor Bahru). Dr Jo later continued her journey at Tiew Dental, Mount Austin, where she refined her craft and built lasting patient relationships over nearly three years.
A Certified Invisalign Provider and Certified Biomimetic Dentist, Dr. Jo also holds a Professional Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine (Botox & Fillers) and has completed a two-year Orthodontic program in Singapore. After graduating from AIMST University in 2018, Dr. Tan began her career at Klinik Pergigian Jinjang (Kuala Lumpur) before joining the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Department at Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL), where she served for four years. During her time at HKL, she worked closely with the Emergency Department, providing surgical treatments for trauma and facial injury cases.
Dr. Tan is a Certified Myofunctional Dentist (Australia) and a Sleep Disorder Therapist (Australia). Her passion lies in helping children grow with healthy habits, focusing on guiding proper facial and jaw development through early interventions—from tongue-tie surgeries to functional mouth exercises.
